Should have + participio pasado es usado para expresar lamentaciones o criticas sobre acciones pasadas

I shouldn’t have spent so much money at the weekend ( regret, lamentacion)

You should have remembered your brother’s birthday

nota ought(not) to have puede ser usado en lugar de should have.

AVISOS ( se usa el infinitivo)
